OUR MOST SPECIAL SIGNATURE WINE.

Only 500 bottles were produced from Tempranillo grown on old vines between 60 and 80 years old. The climate of spring frosts limited production, while the abundant light accelerated vegetative growth, allowing for slow ripening that provided rich, soft tannins. At approximately 900 meters above sea level and with soils rich in red earth, the wine produces an intense yet balanced acidity, accompanied by an explosion of ripe fruit, with even tropical notes.

ELABORATION AND AGING

Elaboration: Manual harvest in small 15-kilogram boxes with rigorous inspection, bunch by bunch, on a sorting table. The grapes arrived at the winery under optimal sanitary conditions and with high quality. Fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: Aged in two exclusive French oak barrels for 36 months, followed by an 8-year slow-temperature rest in a cave.

TASTING NOTE

Appearance: Intense red color, with garnet highlights that denote its complexity.
Nose: A range of aromas that combine ripe fruit, such as plums and blackberries, with subtle nuances of tropical fruits, providing a freshness that invites further exploration. Aging in French oak barrels adds delicate notes of vanilla, spices, and a touch of smoke that blend perfectly with the fruit.
Taste: Noted for its elegant structure and rich acidity, derived from the altitude and soil type. The tannins are soft yet powerful, providing a sense of volume and depth. The slow maturation provides an enveloping texture, with a long and persistent finish, where the fruity notes and oak spices are masterfully balanced. A harmonious, complex wine with exceptional aging potential. A gem for the most discerning palates.
