Its 12-14 months of barrel aging and maturation in a 150 hl wooden foudre give it complexity, freshness, and an elegant aromatic profile of balsamic and violet notes, as well as a sweet undertone reminiscent of toffee and caramel. A modern aging experience without losing the Ribera del Duero identity.
