RAIZ DE GUZMÁN 9 MESES

Elaboartion: Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes, a bunch sorting table, and subsequent gravity-assisted vats in 150 hl truncated cone-shaped tanks. Cold maceration for around 5 days followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The production process seeks a balance of fruit, acidity, and oak, combining the type of oak to achieve an aging process that always adapts to the quality of the grapes in each harvest.
Tasting Notes:
Visual: Intense, clean, and bright cherry red color.
Nose: The aromatic and fresh tones of blue flowers (violet) are surprising, over those of red fruit (picota cherry). The well-integrated oak adds complexity with toasted notes like brioche or caramel, and smoky notes like cocoa and toffee.
Taste: The extraordinary balance between its components stands out, without harsh edges. Good acidity that provides freshness. Fresh fruit appears in the center of the mouth, followed by soft tones of smoke, roasted notes, cocoa, and black licorice. Well-integrated tannins and a long aftertaste.
Aging: A maximum of 9 months of aging in French (20%) and American (80%) oak barrels.

VOY OLÉ

Elaboration: Highlighting the impressive quality of this grape, very healthy, loose bunches from high-altitude vineyards that concentrate all its potential and freshness. Cold maceration to enhance varietal potential and fermentation in 150HL stainless steel truncated cone tanks at a temperature of 23°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized before bottling. This is the first red wine of its vintage in Ribera del Duero to be released.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Cherry red color. Clean and bright with a medium depth.
Nose: Intense aromas of red fruit, cherries, raspberries, and blackberries. Blue flowers like violets appear, and balsamic notes are also appreciated in the background.
Taste: Fresh, subtle, and very fine on the palate, with red fruit and menthol notes once again present. A fruit-filled finish that conveys with each sip the same sensation of biting hard into a juicy bunch of black grapes in the chill of the morning as you walk through the vineyard.

RAIZ ROSADO DE LÁGRIMA

Elaboration: Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes, which upon arrival at the winery undergo a bunch selection process and are then vatted at a temperature of approximately 8°C. After a brief maceration at low temperature, the must is bled off. After racking, a careful fermentation takes place in an isothermal tank, never exceeding 13°C. After only two rackings, where the wine clarifies, it is slowly bottled.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Vibrant strawberry color, clean, bright, and elegant.
Nose: Intense aromas of red fruit, cherries, raspberries, and blackberries. The nose presents a tremendous intensity unusual for rosé wines in its category, forming a delicious and enveloping fragrance of fresh fruit, with an impressive presence of stone fruit and abundant red fruit (tart strawberry and cherry). In the background, a floral explosion appears, evoking the subtle notes of a spring garden.

Taste: It enters like a wave of fresh fruit and explodes in the mouth with a pleasant acidity and volume that provides body and persistence. The retronasal aroma brings back all the freshness of red fruits and flowers. A rosé with the body of a red and the freshness of a white, with plenty of sparkle and a touch of joy that invites you to keep drinking.
