Páramo de Guzmán is a cured Churra sheep cheese, 100% artisanal and very exclusive, made when Castilian pastures have the highest concentration of aromatic herbs. The cheese is then canned in 100% Picual EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).

The cheese is made in a traditional way. We use only raw milk from Churra sheep and natural rennet, cured for a minimum of 12 months. The cheese is then canned in 100% Picual EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
