ELABORATION

Elaboration: Highlighting the impressive quality of this grape, very healthy, loose bunches from high-altitude vineyards that concentrate all its potential and freshness. Cold maceration to enhance varietal potential and fermentation in 150HL stainless steel truncated cone-shaped tanks at a temperature of 23°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized before bottling. This is the first red wine of its vintage to be released in the Ribera del Duero.

TASTING NOTE

Appearance: Cherry red in color. Clean and bright with a medium depth.
Nose: Intense aromas of red fruit, cherries, raspberries, and blackberries. Blue flowers like violet appear, and balsamic notes are also appreciated in the background.
Taste: Fresh, subtle, and very fine on the palate, with red fruit and menthol notes once again present. A fruit-filled finish conveys with each sip the same sensation as biting into a juicy bunch of black grapes in the chilly morning air as you stroll through the vineyard.
